Our Sigma Chi International Sweethearts

A Sigma Chi Sweetheart is an exemplary woman who embodies and lives Sigma Chi’s core values of Friendship, Justice and Learning. In addition, she makes personal contributions to the Fraternity through time, energy, and dedication to support its philanthropic service.

Our International Sweetheart maintains a special place of admiration and respect in our National Fraternity and is honored with a two year term. Sigma Chi was honored by two women from MSU, our Gamma Psi of Simga Chi Sweethearts. Barbara Tanner, Kappa Alpha Theta, was Sigma Chi's 1st International Sweetheart. Mary Jane Walker, Chi Omega, was the eight.

Our Gamma Psi of Sigma Chi Sweethearts

It is with great pride that we choose and honor our chapter's Sigma Chi Sweethearts. She represents our chapter and its values, connects with the brothers and serves as a liaison between Sigma Chi and other sororities. She becomes a part of our chapter, gets to wear our letters and our badge.
